HEMA Equipment

Train and spar with confidence using protective equipment designed for the demands of Historical European Martial Arts. Our HEMA equipment collection includes jackets, pants, gloves, masks, gorgets, arm and leg protection, and other essential gear for fencers training with longsword, rapier, saber, sidesword, sword and buckler, messer, and other historical weapons.

We carry both 350N and 800N protective clothing, giving fencers options based on their training needs, competition requirements, and personal preferences. Higher Newton ratings refer primarily to puncture resistance and should not be treated as a measure of impact protection. For full-contact HEMA, protective clothing should be combined with appropriate rigid and padded protection for the hands, head, throat, elbows, knees, forearms, and other vulnerable areas.
